Connect Mesy to Claude

Checked against the app on

With the Mesy connector, Claude can look up your Mesy CRM data, and prepare record changes and messages as cards in Mesy. By default, you approve each card in Mesy. You can separately switch on Can approve for this connection to let Claude approve its own waiting cards when you ask it to in the conversation.

  • You need a Mesy account that signs in with email and password. Google and Microsoft sign-in aren’t supported for the connector yet.
  • Choose what Claude can see. When you approve access, Mesy shows optional boxes. Basic access covers your records and sales pipeline, including contacts and companies you added from email. Tick everyday content to let Claude also read your tasks, history, notes, files, email and calendars. Tick the propose option to let Claude draft changes for your approval.
  • Team or Enterprise plans: an Owner first goes to Organization settings → Connectors → Browse connectors, selects Mesy and clicks Add to your team. Each member then connects with their own Mesy account, as below.
  1. Go to Customize → Connectors.
  2. Select + next to Connectors, find Mesy and click Connect.
  3. Sign in to Mesy and approve access.
  4. Try it: “Show me my open deals in Mesy.”
  1. Go to Customize → Connectors, click Add, hover over Custom and choose Web.
  2. Enter the name Mesy and the URL https://app.mesy.ai/mcp, then click Continue.
  3. Under Authentication, choose Sign in now.
  4. Under OAuth client, choose Register automatically.
  5. Sign in to Mesy and approve access.
  1. Run claude mcp add --transport http mesy https://app.mesy.ai/mcp
  2. In Claude Code, run /mcp, choose mesy, and sign in to Mesy in the browser window that opens.
  • Reading your Mesy data doesn’t change anything.
  • Proposals: when Claude suggests a record change or drafts a message, it waits in a card in Mesy. By default, you approve it in Mesy.
  • Can approve: this permission is off by default. If you switch it on for this connection in Settings → Integrations → Connected apps, Claude can approve its own waiting cards when you ask it to in the conversation. The approved changes are applied and messages are sent as you. It cannot approve cards proposed by teammates. Claude can also reject its own proposal if you ask it to.
  • Claude can’t run workflows. It can list them and explain what they do.

When you ask Claude something, the Mesy data it reads is sent to Anthropic and handled under Anthropic’s terms. Claude sees only what your Mesy account can see. If you use Mesy through your organisation, check that it allows Claude before you connect. For details, see section 10 of our privacy policy.

  • In Mesy: go to Settings → Integrations → Connected apps and revoke Claude.
  • In Claude: go to Customize → Connectors and disconnect Mesy.
