See who changed what: the Activity page

Read one history of everything that happened in your workspace: record changes, notes, AI decisions and turns, emails filed onto records and tasks done. Admins and managers open Activity & Audit from the sidebar and see the whole workspace. Members open My Activity and see only what they did.

Understand the scope

The scope is set by your role. For an admin or manager the page shows every member’s activity, and the User filter can narrow it to one person. For a member the same page is titled My activity, the user filter is a locked You chip, and no filter can widen it. Mesy applies that limit on the server, so a bookmark or link can’t get round it.

Filter the history

Every filter changes the rows and the count together. To narrow the list:

1. Click a kind chip: Changes, Notes, AI decisions, AI turns, Emails filed or Tasks done. Click All to clear.
2. Pick an object type under All types.
3. Pick AI or People under Anyone to show one kind of actor.
4. Pick a member under All users if you’re an admin or manager.
5. The table shows the matching rows with their total count under it.

A link into this page can also carry an action or a source filter. Those show as chips reading Action: or Source: with the value, and you can dismiss each one.

Read a row

Each row has an Event, the Record it touched, the record’s Type, a Detail, the User, the Source and When. An AI turn row names its outcome, such as Completed, Failed or Stopped by a safety check, and how many tool calls it made. Rows that belong to the same AI turn or decision are grouped under it.

Expand a change row to see each field’s value before and after. A record you can’t see reads A record you can’t view; the row still appears because it counts in the total.

Revert a change

Change rows made by the AI carry a Revert action. An admin or manager can revert any AI change. A member can revert only AI changes on records they own or created. If the record has changed since the AI touched it, Mesy refuses the revert.

On every page but the last, Mesy hides Revert on the final group. More rows from that same second may sit on the next page.

Know how long history is kept

Changes, notes and AI decisions stay. AI turns, email filings and task completions older than 90 days are removed automatically. A line at the foot of the table says so whenever those kinds are in view. Each chip’s tooltip carries the same note.

Find the raw audit log and tool calls

The Activity page shows history; it doesn’t hold the field-level log or the agent’s tool calls. Admins find those on the AI tab of the Admin page under Raw audit log and Tool calls. The raw log filters by Source, Action and Type; opening an entry shows its Before and After values.
