About this guide

This guide shows you how to use Mesy, the CRM at app.mesy.ai. Each page covers one task and names the labels you see on screen.

Find the page you need

Pick a section from the sidebar of this guide. The sections follow the order of the app’s own sidebar:

• Getting started covers creating an account, the welcome screen and where everything sits in the app.
• Records and pipelines covers adding, editing, importing, linking and merging records, working a pipeline on the kanban board, products and line items, and Spaces.
• Inbox covers connecting mail, reading and sending email, adding an email to the CRM, the AI panel, and the Teams, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram channels.
• Telegram covers connecting the bot, talking to Mesy from Telegram, approving AI actions there, and notifications and digests.
• Calendar and tasks covers connecting a calendar, managing events and tracking tasks.
• AI co-pilot and approvals covers asking the co-pilot, reviewing, approving and undoing AI actions, capturing into the CRM, and building a canvas.
• Workflows covers building a workflow and fixing one that paused.
• Files covers uploading, linking and sharing files.
• Reports and dashboards covers building a report and customising your dashboard.
• Admin and team covers members and roles, designing your data, setting up the AI, workspace channels, email templates and add-ons. It also covers the Business Profile and the Activity page.
• Account and security covers your profile, appearance, notifications, two-factor authentication, passkeys and integrations.
• Troubleshooting and FAQ answers the questions that come up when something stops or asks for your attention.

Use the search box at the top of the page to find a page by a label or a task.

How each page is written

Every page is checked against the running product on the day it is written. A page names the button, tab or menu exactly as it appears in the app, in bold. Steps start with what to click and end with what you see. When a feature depends on your role, the page says whether it is for members, managers or admins. When a feature depends on an add-on, the page says which one.

If a page and the app disagree, the app is right and the page needs fixing. Tell us at support@mesy.ai.
